Aleks Steen is a machine factory in Skanderborg near Aarhus, specializing in CNC turning, CNC milling, machining in materials such as steel, stainless steel, castings, aluminum and various metals such as brass, copper and bronze as well as all types of plastic.
We also manufacture complete single and double acting hydraulic cylinders. All items we produce are adapted to the customers' wishes.
Modern production with +30 CNC machines
We are a sub-supplier of a wide variety of components for some of Denmark's largest industrial companies, including for the wind turbine industry and manufacturers of agricultural machinery, refrigeration compressors and loudspeakers as well as parts for transport, packaging and sorting facilities.
We have a modern production with +30 CNC machines, including CNC lathes and CNC milling machines, several of which have associated robot cells. We produce both single jobs as well as small and large series. Regardless of the order, all our employees take pride in accuracy and good finish.
Our history
The company was founded by Aleks Steen in 1978, and our history is almost classic. It all started at approx. 30 square meters in Hem, and since then the company grew bigger, until in 1993 we took the plunge and moved to the current premises in Skanderborg, which have also since been expanded.
Today, Aleks Steen ApS has over 3,500 square meters and is able to deliver to all of Denmark
